Nexus platform combines our long-term experience in low-power FPGA and 28 nm fd-soi semiconductor manufacturing technology. Thanks to the use of this technology, nexus FPGA has strong anti radiation interference ability. Compared with similar devices manufactured by bulk CMOS process, the soft error rate (SER) is reduced by 100 times.
In terms of power consumption, the nexus platform provides developers with great flexibility. By changing the bias voltage of the substrate, they can choose whether to operate in high performance (HP) or low power consumption (LP) mode.
But power consumption is not the only advantage of nexus platform. Nexus series devices such as certuspro NX are usually superior to similar competitors in other aspects, including data processing performance, system bandwidth, storage density and support for small size of devices.
The architecture of certuspro NX FPGA is optimized for high-performance computing to better support data reasoning in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
